Galaxy S PhonesISP is your internet service provider. If your provider supplied your router, you can get them to change it/reprogram it. Many intrusions happen at the home internet level because people never change the default router admin password and username, which in most routers is admin/password and it's an easy access point. It is expected that when you get a new router, that you immediately change it.
your network SSID is the network name of your home wi-fi. Such as socalnet (or whatever you named yours). It's what shows up in your list to connect to.
To download Malwarebytes, if you can't get into the play store, go to malwarebytes.com. There are links to download it. The free download is fully functional except, as I said, for the premium features. The premium features are the browser guard and the VPN, although you can subscribe with or without the VPN. In your case, the VPN would be recommended if you are going to subscribe. There are a few free VPNs out there, but probably worth about the money you pay for them. You can buy a separate VPN, but if you choose to subscribe to Malwarebytes, you may as well get the whole package.

Galaxy S PhonesYou can ask the ISP to do it. But in order to do it, you have to get to the router settings, which is usually by typing in 10.0.0.1, which will bring in a log in screen (note: not all routers use the same IP address, but most do) where the default username is admin and the default password is password. Once you log in, there will be a setting to change password and username. It is probably best that the ISP set it up, that way they are doing it on an uncompromised network - they can also set up your SSID.

Galaxy S Phonesisp = internet service provider (aol, xfinity etc..)
admin user = type in admin @ 10.0.0.1
password is - password
wifi ssid = the name of your network,
in your list of wifi networks.
just tap on your wifi icon at top of phone!
hope that helps! unless you've already resolved your issue...
