Need to reload original keyboard with symbols access

My original keyboard had quick access to the symbols with a long-press on selected alpha-numeric keys.

I've lost that capability.

Google's G-Board has that. I feel it's a superior keyboard to the Samsung Keyboard. You can download it from the play store.

Go to keyboard settings, Press layout then alternative characters.
