Not able to take screen shots s20+

Not able to make screen shots. I've tried pushing volume up and down. Volume down and the lower buttons at the same time. No luck

try swipe your palm over the screen if it didn't work go to
setting > advanced features > motion and gestures >palm swipe to capture
