Old Samsung phones, how to recycle them?

I have 2 very old Samsung phones I can't access them but want to recycle them. They won't charge at all. Shpuld I just toss them

Here is Samsung's official page for recycling devices. Select the "Mobile products" tab to find a list of websites where you can locate proper disposal facilities near you.
