The beta is only for developers this year and hasn’t been released and the full public release starting next year

Its specifically for tech guys. You can sign in with your Samsung account on Samsung developer website. There you'll find things related to Samsung software updates, tech and innovations, research and even learn developemnt using Samsung apps n apis
