Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can understand the frustration of One UI Home crashing when accessing recent apps, and would like to look further into this for you, in addition to what @Robin621k suggested to do.

First, let's see if third-party applications are the root cause of this behavior. You can check with Safe mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If One UI Home does not crash in Safe mode, then uninstall third-party applications until proper behavior is restored.

If it still crashes under Safe mode, then it may be time to try a factory reset. Make sure to back up everything prior (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/) and then perform the factory reset, giving your device a fresh start: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

Here is also the guide on troubleshooting freezing and crashing of your Samsung device: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001440/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S.: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html.

I have this issue all the time, and Samsung support reached out and had me send some logs. They said they would let me know when they fix it, but it's been a few months. Maybe OneUI 7?

Go to settings, apps, type in the search box One Ui, tap on it, go to storage and clear cache
