Galaxy S PhonesThe only way I can get it to stop crashing is by clearing the data, which loses me my layout, which I rely on. As soon as I restore the homescreen from backup, it does the crashing again.
Please help!

Galaxy S PhonesThanks so much! I wish I'd seen this before I deleted my data because restoration wasn't quite complete. Still, those pesky weather widgets were definitely suspicious!
Thanks again!

Galaxy S PhonesHello, Welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out. We understand how frustrating it is to have the One UI Home to continue stopping.
Our engineers are looking into this matter. Currently, we have been advised the weather widgets are causing the behavior. The weather app(s) can be reinstalled, but do not install or add the weather widgets at this time.
If the recommendation provided by @GalaxyKnight25 does not correct the app from stopping, please submit an error report using the following steps to provide the data to Samsung: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692

Galaxy S PhonesOne UI Home constantly stopping during setup of Samsung S21Fe
My Fix for Samsung One UI Home constantly stopping during setup of Samsung S21Fe phone in 2024
This is my 3rd time setting up one of these. It went mostly as normal until the very end.
One UI Home app launcher kept stopping. It previously happened on try #2 and now on #3 (today) It prevented me from seeing how to complete setup of phone.
There were no app icons on the home page, making it difficult to do anything. I Googled but found no quick answers.
The fix was: I found a tiny Settings icon that let me access tools needed. Then I did a search and found "Home screen settings".
In "Home screen settings" I tapped "Home screen layout". There, I selected "Home screen only".
That fixed the Samsung UI stopping problem, also letting me see apps icons where they should be. Hakuna matata.
