I think what you are hearing is the gyroscope present in all s20
Ya I have the same thing but I don't think it's a real issue since it's just the camera gimble moving around

Its a sensor to change to landscape mode. Its supposed to do that. Shaking your phone is not something normal people do on a regular basis.
