RCS on Samsung Messages

Can I please enable RCS on Samsung Messages, I want to use The Samsung Messages app because its not glitchy and much more fun to use.

I have never had a glitch with Google messages and I don't need my messaging app to be fun. I need it to be functional. The carriers are phasing in to Google messages being the player in RCS.

I'm not a fan of Google messages I prefer Samsung messages just wish that it had encryption like rcs
