Galaxy S PhonesMy girlfriend has the exact same phone on Verizon but she has the option to make video calles (NOT through duo) and I don't. I don't have any options for it in my settings or my phone app settings. The only difference is I bought this phone unlocked straight from Samsung. I'm currently posting this while trying to get answers from Verizon as well. SOMEONE HELP! THIS IS ANNOYING!

Galaxy S PhonesUnlocked is the difference. Video calling is a carrier feature and they frequently don't support it on unlocked phones.

Galaxy S PhonesIs there no possible way around this? Am I forced to buy the phone from Verizon or whatever carrier that supports this feature? Because I get WiFi calling just fine.

Galaxy S PhonesIf you want to use Verizon's video calling, you will need a Verizon phone.
The other thing to remember about carrier provided video calling, it only works between phones on that carrier.
Duo works across carriers and platforms.

Galaxy S PhonesI am having exactly the same frustration. I wonder if this is a Verizon thing. Has anyone else been able to do video calling on an Unlocked S20 with a carrier other than Verizon?
