About 2 months ago my charger suddenly won't fit into the charging port. No matter how much I tried to plug it in, it just won't go. It's as though something is in the way. I've checked the port multiple times to make sure there isn't anything obstructing the connection. The flat connector piece inside the port isn't loose or shaky. It's firm as it should be. I tried a different charger but it's the same result. I've searched online but can't seem to find anyone who has had this issue.

It won't fit into your phone or the wall charger?

It won't fit into my phone. It's the original charger that came with the phone. Worked fine up until 2 months ago.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to charge your phone. Both @Hustleman and @Diaboyos offer good suggestions.

However, if you are unable to use the charging port, we recommend having the phone evaluated at an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Sometimes it's hard to see in the charger port, I'd suggest getting it cleaned. Even if it's just a small amount of lint or something it can affect it going in

Get some wireless charging pads and place them around the house in key areas. You'll never need to plug it in again.
