From what Im seeing the S20Fe can only be upgraded to 5.1
Android 10, upgradable to Android 13, One UI 5.1

S20 FE 5G wasn't made for One uI 6.it simply wasn't designed for this .One UI 5.1 is high as it will go. In Android 13.Be sure to update your security patches if Sammy allows it.After 3 years, though, they just forget you were ever a customer and refused to allow security patches.I believe the US mandated this yet it still won't. Knox blocks 3rd party security updates for the device when expired. Unless you do custom ROM, loosing all data stored unless backed up , and then its security is completely up to you. Samsung will drop you like a red headed step child if you run the phone native.
