Since I woke up this morning my phone has a real blue screen that says Secure Check Fail: Modem, then Security Error. I've searched online and seen it several places but none of the suggestions I've seen have worked? Anyone have this issue and what fixed it for you? Thanks!

Can you post a screenshot?

I tried to upload a screenshot but it keeps telling me the file exceeds the maximum allowed size (4.88 mb). I never claimed to be a tech wiz. Any suggestions? šŸ˜³šŸ˜£

Ok so I finally got the screenshot up.

This is at the top of the screen. So it won't do anything at all. It's just stuck on this screen.

According to the message, looks like you're locked out because of unauthorized software being flashed. Did you flash any? Or someone you know, possibly? Says you should call your mobile operator.

You need to get into recovery mode, then wipe it

Tried that. Same thing comes up right after.

If wiping didn't help, you'll probably have to take it to your carrier or an authorized repair dealership to help. Besides the suggestions you were given, not sure what else to suggest. Maybe someone else who knows more will still chime in. Good luck šŸ™‚
