Samsung Gallery tag Pets & People

My Samsung Gallery app is failing to recognize people, it's rare because it only recognizes pets but it's impossible to identify a person's face. How can this problem be solved?

First, ensure that face recognition for People is enabled in the Gallery app.

Also I'm using one ui 7 official, the gallery app only recognizes pets🤌🏼
