Samsung S20 Ultra Mic Issue

Hi,

I got my new S20 Ultra yesterday. I can hear the Voice properly but when on the other side they can't hear my voice. It is very low. The interesting part is when i put my phone away from my ears they can hear  properly. Do i need to do some settings?

My mic is totally inoperative after a while and I have to restart the phone to get it working again. What would cause this?

I have the same problem to ever since I bought my note 20 I had the same problem on my Note 9 and I'm very frustrated and need help to fix it. Mic is intermittent during phone calls on speakerphone and terribly frustrating. Please help!

Does this issue still occur when your phone is in safe mode?

now why and who would in their sane mind even know how or when to put in safe mode. thats not the answer.

It doesn't occur in google duo on safe mode but in the *#0283# test, it still happens. It cuts in and out for no apparent reason.

I am having the same issue. During video calls, people on the other end say there us an echo and intermittent loss of sound. Just got my Note 30 Ultra less than a month ago. Pretty frustrating when the phone is so expensive .

when did it start happen? did you update it to android 11?

my phone works fine.

try download samsung members app and submit a ticket.
once you open, click +, then click error report

Hello, I have issues with MIC. This is there from day one onwards. When I call on Speakerphone others can't hear me. It works fine with Bluetooth earbuds. The issue is happening only with speakerphone. Samsung pro could not help and they say they are not sure and has no solutions. Any suggestions.
