So my mom phone was working fine, she she asked me to turn off some some apps and like 10mins later she was about to check her phone and it was completely DEAD, i plugged in to charge, nothing ended up going to tmobile store and they checked and nothing and said possibly a battery, took it to another shop to tried to get a battery and it still didnt charge. Anyone habe some help where i can call samsung and see what they can do? She has alot of memory pictires she doesnt want to loose.
Any advice would be great, anything to at least get the phone turned on so she can transfer all her pics. Thx
