takes practice ... hold it still
other option in some cases , set a 2 or 5 second timer ... tap shutter button, then hold it still

Galaxy S Phones@goodbees Sounds like you may have motion photo enabled?
If this icon is yellow, it is enabled. Clicking the icon will disable it.

That's it.
It's actually a feature of the phone.
There's been many times I have taken a picture only to find out later that something was off in the frame I end up with. I use the motion photos in the phones video editor to get the perfect frame for the picture.

That was it, I finally found the motion Pic setting, turned it OFF!
Now I need to find the "size" setting. I don't need quality shots, just the min size. Otherwise I have to email ONE Pic at a time etc....
