Streaming apps like Netflix won't load while on a call Galaxy S20 FE

Anytime i am on a phone call it will not play netflix, peacock, max, paramount. But it plays youtube, tiktok, instagram, fb fine. It will even play the preview of netflix fine. I watch with my wife when im not at home so its really frustrating not being able to talk to her. Anyone have a clue whats happening and how to fix it? I have a galaxy s20 fe.

I understand the issue you are having as I sometimes see that myself. Unfortunately, the apps that do not support playback while on a call need to be configured by the app developer to do so. I had the same issue yesterday actually, where I was on a call with my mom and sent her a video of my son but she was unable to play it while on the call.

I'd suggest reaching out to the respective app developers/support and request this change.
