Time display is an hour faster than actual time

The time set by the phone is an hour faster than actual time. My weather icon has correct time. Any thoughts?

Try opening the settings for General management and then date and time then check the settings to make sure your time zone is correct, then open the settings menu and go to the location settings and check if Google location accuracy is enabled
