So I just got a new phone the A71 and I love it. However I am having trouble with transferring my secure folder to my new device bcuz it wants a password for the secure folder. But I never put a password on it only a pattern lock. Sòooo what do I do to get the folder to actually transfer? Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Tyia.🙂
password should be the same as Samsung account password. did you try that? other option is to move everything out of secure folder. transfer as a regular file to the new device and then move them to secure folder
Ahha I never thought of doing that. I did try every single password I have ever used with no results. However the moving of the files never occurred to me. Thank you for the sound advice and simple yet effective fix. You are a scholar among men!
