I can send but not receive text messages on my Samsung Galaxy S9 plus phone. In Message Settings, "Show Notifications" & "Emergency Alerts" are greyed out although everything else seems to be normal. I have checked all other settings and nothing is switched off. I'm not in flight mode, I've done a full Network reset, I have rebooted my phone several times but nothing seems to work. any suggestions?
