Weird floating balloon that i can´t remove

I just updaded my Galaxy S10+ and now there´s some kind of balloon floating on my screen (Letter T inside a green balloon), i cant remove it, tried holding the balloon and searched on the settings but nothing worked.

Am i the only one with this problem?

Hi go to settings > accessibility > installed apps.
Those bubbles are usually some sort of accessibility app just toggle what ever you see off and it should go away.

I found it!, it was on settings > accessibility > Advanced definitions > Acessibility button, just had to unselect it.
