no tilde on samsung keyboard

anyone know what i need to do to enter a tilde? is there a way to enter an ascii code or other character code?

@useraHh4RV2idO It has a tilde. To find it:

1. Click the "!#1" key in lower left to switch to the symbols pages.
2. Then click the "1/2" key near lower left to switch to the 2nd screen of symbols.
3. The tilde is on the key under the "2" key.

of course, after an half hour of screwing around, i found it within minutes of posting. never had to use the other half of the keyboard before. thanks very much.
