restarts at a specific time every day

so this is a little thing strange i notice with my phone like every day or night at specifically 5:34 AM, my phone restarts. and its always the same minute, same hour, every day. i always noticed it booting up every all nighter i pull, and today i went to check a message i just got and it restarted right after unlocked my phone, at 5:34 AM. so i would like to know why it specifically restarts at this very specific time.

Lol it helps the phone by forcing everything including ram to be cleared up. I STRONGLY advise leaving that setting on
