Galaxy S PhonesI have been experiencing for a second time, on a second s20 FE, an issue where the volume keys stop working intermittently. I have confirmed the slow key setting is turned off and there is no other setting enable/disabled that would cause them to spontaneously fail. Restarting my phone will cause them to start working again, but inevitably at some point within a 48 hour window they will stop functioning again. The current phone i have is a warranty replacement i just obtained two weeks ago from my carrier, the first was having the same issue in addition to charging issues. I have not dropped this phone, the case is not a factor either. The odds of a replacement phone failing in the same way as my last seems rather unlikely, especially after only two weeks. Is this an issue anyone else has experienced or knows a correction for that doesn't result in me being stuck for 2 hours at a tmobile store getting another replacement?

Galaxy S PhonesHey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating it is when your device is not working as it was designed to. Because this is a warranty replacement that you just received I believe that the next step would be to have a certified technician take a look at the keys.
