Yes, mine does this quite often, and it's so annoying.

I have both Bixby and Gemini occasionally trigger for no apparent reason.

yeah, like i'll be in school, where no one even says anything close to bixby, or i'll be in a room where no one is saying anything and it will just trigger. but then, when i'm actually calling its name it takes a few times for it to recognize

Yes mine does often and I categorize this behavior as predatory.
