Cannot install apps from Play Store

I have not been able to install apps from the Play Store on my S21 Ultra. I tried restarting the phone but that doesn't help. I also tried clearing cache and data for play store app and that didn't work either.

I was a part of the OneUI 4 beta on my S21 Ultra.

I have recently made a work profile on my phone which I don't know if is the problem but I don't think it should be.

Has anyone faced this problem and/or does anyone know the fix for this?

Open the settings for your applications and then click on the Google play services application and then clear all the cache and also the data, this will completely reset the play store

I am facing the same issue here since upgrading from the One UI 4 beta to the official release.

I even tried factory reset but this issue does not seem to resolve with a factory reset either. Frankly, I'm disappointed with Samsung.

@krunal2103 - I surprisingly found a solution to this problem.

Please try the following steps and see if this helps.

1. Disable Google Play Store
2. Reboot your phone
3. Enable Google Play Store
4. Updates apps

This worked for me. Annoying, because sometimes I reboot my phone to fix another problem, then Play Store stops behaving and I have to do these disable/reboot/enable steps again to fix it.

Maybe a Play Store or Samsung update some day will fix this properly.

Finally, someone with the real solution for this problem. Was really getting bored of reseting phone.
