Please help; after an update, my phone will not turn off do not disturb. I have tried turning it off in settings and then restarting the phone, but this does not work. My alarms do not work, and I cannot receive phone calls or texts. Can some one explain why this keeps happening?
I updated the privacy agreements and logged into all of the Samsung Apps, which I had been signed out of because of the update. No more problems are present at this point.
