I dropped my phone today, and it hit hard. My screen protector cracked. Everything on the phone itself is fine, but I can't send texts or make calls. I restarted the phone and turned the eSim off and on. Any suggestions on if wether it's fixable and if so is it possible to do myself? Thanks in advance!

You probably broke the antenna connection in the fall. Do a diagnostic through device care and see what else is not working and then see if the phone can be repaired. no amount of resets will help with a broken antenna.

Diagnostic says everything is good.

Probably got damaged in the fall. If you can't get the phone working,
Try this:

Their closest location has decent reviews. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into that more.

Try turning on WiFi calling. If your carrier supports it, you should still be able to make/receive texts and calls when connected to a wifi network.

Yooo! If that worked, do I still need to get it looked at? That worked immediately

You would still need to get it looked at unless you are always connected to a wifi network wherever you go. Have you contacted your carrier? They may have to reprovision your esim.
