Galaxy S21Hello, thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Community. Just to confirm, have you tried checking if the games are still installed on your phone, but just not showing on Gaming Hub? You can also try a factory reset, provided you backed up everything prior: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the factory reset isn't helpful, submit an error report via Samsung Members: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
