Galaxy S21Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns on this situation and I am here to help. When you receive a text message, email, phone call, or system alert on your phone, there's a variety of ways you can be notified. To find this, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick settings panel, and then tap the Settings icon. Tap Sounds and vibration, and then tap Volume.
