I was wondering how to disable/enable cookies on Samsung internet? I tried in settings with no luck.

Click on Settings from Samsung Internet, then Privacy and then Smart Anti-Tracking. You'll have options for removing just the tracking cookies or running in Secret mode which will not allow any cookies.
