How to disable notifications from weather app

I've disabled notifications (I think that I've removed permissions for notifications) but I keep seeing weather in my current place from in my notifications tab.

How can I make those notifications disappear? I Don't want notifications from random apps on my phone.

Press and hold on that notification and select 'turn off notifications'. Or select 'settings' >> 'Notification categories' and turn off whatever you want

Put the app into Deep Sleep. You'll have to manually update it, but it won't send you any notifications.

But I use the app on home screen, I don't want to delete it.

You don't delete it, you put it to Deep Sleep. Search 'deep sleep' in Settings.
