But that blank with my background screen does nothing you tap home button again then goes back to original with apps & clock. Phone is updated to most recent update as of yesterday. Problem still exists

I was thinking about clearing the cache partition. Just found out about that after major googling. Was scared I might lose something like photos, apps

It will have zero effect on your data and photos, it will just clear the clutter left behind by app usage, provide you dont accidentally hit factory reset. You may even find your spos faster to respond.

I deleted the blank page and moved everything to the front page. I clear cache partition and the issue is still there. But thanks for trying to help me I appreciate it

That's really so odd. It also looks like that page won't even register your wallpaper/theme. Perhaps it has something to do with the theme you chose? Have you tried switching to another theme or the default? Was there only one blank page? That's not your lock screen, is it?

I'll try a different theme. But I change themes alot.
