Network mode reset after restart

After phone restart the mobile network mode is reset to default settings. I choose 2G, restart the phone and it is back in 5G/4G/3G/2G (auto reconnect)...

Expected behaviour: after restart all values in Dual SIM setup stays the same.

Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks Network mode for dual SIM

i just tried changing network mode from 5G/LTE/3G/2G(auto connect) to LTE/3G/2G, restarted and they still stay on LTE/3G/2G

try download samsung members app and submit a ticket.
once you open, click +, then click error report

With the newest update from Feb 1st it works.
