No more edge panel on s21

Today I turned my phone on my s21 and the edge panel disappeared. I tried to turn it back on, but the option is grayed out. What can I do? I use it all the time.

It's grayed out. Won't let me toggle.

You can do a search for hidden system files like this

Try rebooting into recovery mode and clearing the cache partition.

I factory reset my phone. Now the Edge Panel is back.
