Problem when i add an eSIM

Hi,

I have an S21 phone and when I add a new eSIM, I get the problem: eSIM storage full Remove an eSIM from your phone, then try adding the eSIM again, even though I deleted the existing eSIM, please help in solving this problem.

Your phone allows just one SIM and/or just one eSIM. You can use either eSIM or SIM, or both at the same time. If you've installed an eSIM before, then you'll need to remove it before you can install a new eSIM, just as the message indicates.

I already deleted them from the phone but it didn't solve the problem.

Turn your phone off and then back on and try again. It works.

Have you tried removing both sims then trying again?
