Random vibration issue after an update

I've had my Samsung Galaxy S21+ since May 2021. Starting this past week, I'm thinking after an automatic system update, my phone is randomly vibrating. When I unlock my phone, vibration. When I open Google, vibration. Specially snapchat - a constant on and off vibration while in the app. I've gone into accessibility and turned everything off, restarted my phone, turned off all vibration. No help. Does anyone know what's causing this? I would appreciate any help it's driving me crazy!!

If NFC is on, turn it off to see if theres a change

You can download Good Lock in the Galaxy Store and activate the "Nice Catch" plug in. That should tell you what the cause is.
