I use s21 and I've been outside the states for a couple of years now. I realized my s21 has refused updating to the latest software. It's still running one ui 13 android 5.0. Bought it on tmobile. I've done so much to update it but has failed. I need help please. Samsung softwares aren't helping either
@UNCLE DEE If your phone has T-Mobile firmware installed, it will be looking for T-Mobile firmware updates. But since you are using another carrier, your phone is connecting to that carrier's update servers and looking for T-Mobile updates... which it won't find.
