S21 Ultra unresponsive after unlocked

right after unlocking the phone, fingerprint or passcode, once it gets to the main screen the phone is dimmed and most touches are unresponsive. i couldn't swipe left or right or tap on any apps, but i could swipe down from the notification and then tap on anything there and everything is back to normal again. has anybody else with this problem? it happens at least once a day, and today it's already been the 2nd time. i have the t-mboile 512gb ultra.

Have you
* Shut down phone
* Boot into Maintenance mode
* Choose to Clear Cache
* Reboot phone
... see if issue persists (?)

there's only one new app that i've downloaded ever since getting the new phone, ToonMe, i have deleted it already. if it doesn't help, then i'll try your method.

Uninstall or force stop disney+ tht fixed my problem

today is the 4th day, and that issue has not occurred ever since force closing disney+. thanks a lot.
