S21 not updating to Android 14

My S21 Ultra is still running UI 5.0? Why can't I update?

I have the at&t s21+ unlocked and using android 14 one ui 6. In order for me to update the operating system I have to use a at&t sim either regular or prepaid to update.

I'm having that same problem with my AT&T Tab 9. It won't update. Do i need to be actively connected to an AT&T sim card to do that?

I believe so. See if u have a friend on at&t and try their sim card.

My Samsung S21 Plus is at version Android 13, but I check software updates, theres no Android 14 Update. I checked if the S21 Plus got the Android 14 update, and they're supposed to. But mine doesn't have it. Any help?
