S21 ultra camera will freeze and fail when zooming

So the last couple days I'm having issues when I open my camera and try to zoom it will cause it to freeze and the app to fail. I've tried doing a few little things but has anybody experienced this and is there a good solution, appreciate any help. thanks

Have you tried clearing the camera app cache > go to device settings > apps > camera > storage > clear cache.

No, clearing the cache option won't. DON'T MESS WITH THE CLEAR DATA OPTION, THAT WILL DELETE YOUR PICTURES.

You could run the diagnostic test in settings than device care

I've done that with mine and the issue is when I zoom in but when you run the diagnostic it doesn't let you zoom it's just a quick picture
