I have read through and watch most of the videos to solve this problem. But i have not seen an issue like this before.
i bought the phone new off ebay, after about a month of use, the touch screen went dead, can do anything. did full wipes and resets. i can access it though using a mouse.
I think i know the issue but i don't know if it is hardware (screen connection) or firmware.
In the firmware, the phone TSP version, the parts TSP version and the developer only are all N/A.
If the phone is out of warranty and has not had damage I would try push a custom rom rooting the phone or have the service provider push an update. If that fails changing a s21 digi is not that hard I use heated small long bean bags to sit on the phone to unglue it. Parts and 3rd party parts are everywhere.
