Software update says my current version isn't supported?

Title. When I try to update phone, it says "your current software version isn't supported. Please visit a service center". What does this mean? Does this mean I'll no longer receive updates? I'm on Android 14 with April 1st 2024 being my security patch level.

Seems like a issue with your phone. You can take it to a Samsung repair shop so they can flash it for you.

I have 2 S22Ultras and one of them is saying the same thing and the other updated today so I'm trying to figure this out myself
