Galaxy S21Anyone else having issues with the touch screen becoming unresponsive. Sometimes certain apps or functions won't work unless restarted. Saw a temp fix by toggling airplane mode, but that is hit or miss also.

Galaxy S21Yes, I see that from time to time and a real PITA it is. What I've done is to tap or swipe on a variety of things until the problem goes away. I can always swipe down and open the Instant Access menu, tap the bottom three item menu to open the home page or to show all open items, swipe the main home screen off the screen to access another, move it into the lock screen, etc. Those will work even though the screen is unresponsive for individual apps. Eventually the screen "wakes up" and functions normally. If that didn't work I suppose I'd restart.

Galaxy S21Hello all, thank you for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear your touch screen is not responding. Your Galaxy phone’s or tablet’s touchscreen is the main way of navigating your device, so we understand how worrisome it can be when the touch function isn’t working properly. However, there are some simple ways to get the touchscreen working again when it’s frozen, unresponsive, or acting funny: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01213974/
It is also possible a third-party application is causing this behavior. You can check with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Last resort is to try a factory reset, giving your device a fresh start. Follow this guide carefully, and back up everything you can beforehand: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
