My phone has many photos on it. I am trying to import only recent photos. The photoshop app on my computer finds all photos but when I try to download my new photos a box comes up saying "something went wrong - try again".

Is anyone out there able to help me with this problem.

After you locate photos that you want to copy, try copying a small amount at a time

Thank you for your help. I took Bill's advice as well and eventually I got all my photos onto my computer.

Dawn, try a different cable, I had that issue once when using a bad or charge only usb cable

All done. Thanks for your help. I had to try several times as system kept crashing out. But, finally we got there. I also took Charkatak's advice.
