Hello

Yesterday i updated my Samsung S21 5G and now my USB-C in-ear headset i not working on my phone and my Galaxy Tab S9, but it was before this update. I have also tried connecting another headset via Samsung USB-C to 3.5mm Jack Cable, but the same message appers "USB device not recognized" on both my devices.

The headset is working fine on my old Huawei phone, and it's working fine on my GF's Samsung Galaxy S22.

I have tried switching USB Audio Routing on in dev mode, and i have tried wiping the cache partition and also in safe mode. My phone is charging fine and connects fine to my PC.

I do not know what to do now?

Try this, go to see
settings, app, tap the menu next your apps, toggle on system apps, type in the search bar, usb headphones, tap on it, go to storage, clear cache.

If that doesn't work, perform a wipe cache partition.

Many instructions on this board on how to do it

When you connect the headphones tap on charging connection in the notification shade, make sure connected device is toggled on.

It is working on my S24U and Tab S9+.
