Voicemail app flashing, not opening

Voicemail icon flashing and will not open app. Any ideas?

Hi Ldog882, and welcome to the Community. When you say it is "flashing", what do you mean exactly? Can you share a screenshot or video of it? Is it the voicemail app itself or a notification on the notification panel?

Was voicemail app. Got it to work. Did a force stop and it will open. Tuanks
