What is that clicking sound when I rotate/move the phone? Is that normal?

I have Samsung S21 Ultra.

Yes, it's one of your camera modules. If you open up your camera app the sound stops

Making that even if I turned off the phone? Interesting. 

Yes, you right, if I use the camera app it's stopped that sound.
