I just did updqte today and now Wifi won't turn on, its stuck on "turning on"

Troubleshooting for Wi-Fi connection include:

1. Reset the settings. Settings>General management>Reset>Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

First Clear Cache from Recovery mode. (Volume UP+Power). Then After phone reboots, Reset Network from Settings > General > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Settings OR Reset Network Settings.

Unfortunately, that did not work. Talked to the manufacturer and TMobile. Have to get a new phone. I have 1 payment left on this phone. What a coincidence....
